WHAT: Required Training for You to Be an Effective Den Chief  
WHEN: Saturday, October 11, 2014; 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  
WHERE: Hoyt Scout Reservation Training Cabin, 288 Simpaug Turnpike, 
West Redding, CT 
COST: $8.00  
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday, October 6, 2014

Wear Class A uniform and bring a pencil or pen and paper to take notes. You will receive a copy of the Den Chief Handbook at the Training

A Den Chief is an important position for a Scout Troop.  It is a key role to develop leadership skills in a young Scout and provides an important resource to help Webelos transition to Scouts!  PDF file attached below with additional details on the position (click the down arrow to download).
